Terms of service

Using guaranaantarctica.co means you accept these terms. The site explains the cans and bottles of Guaraná Antarctica sold in the US and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Who we are not

We are an independent guide. We are not Ambev and not AB InBev, we do not make, bottle, import or sell the drink, and nothing here is a statement by its maker. Guaraná Antarctica and the product names are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to name the products.

Prices, figures and ratings

Prices, pack counts, can and bottle sizes and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A pack that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Labels and nutrition

Ingredient lists and nutrition figures on this site are copied from the labels and the product data we could read, and each one says which label it comes from. Labels change, and the packaging of an imported drink can differ from shipment to shipment. The label on the can or bottle you receive is the one to trust.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery, any bottle deposit your state charges, and any return.

Content

The text and page design here are ours. Product photographs show the cans and bottles as they are sold. Link to any page you like, but please do not copy pages wholesale.
