About this can
The same guaraná taste, with no sugar in the can
Zero swaps the sugar of the Original for two sweeteners, aspartame and acesulfame potassium, and keeps everything else on the list: carbonated water, guaraná extract, citric acid, flavoring and caramel color. The product description states zero sugar and zero calories per can.
Next to the Original it tastes lighter and a touch more tart, and the guaraná note comes through sooner because there is no sugar in front of it. If you are switching from the Original, try both cold, side by side, before you buy a case.
In the photos the 12-pack is in blue retro cans marked 1958, the first year Brazil won the World Cup, and the 24-pack in green cans that say Zero Sugar. Both hold 350 ml. The 24-pack costs a little less per can.
The Zero Sugar is one of 4 products in the Guaraná Antarctica range; compare it with every other pack in this guide.
